Overseas Programme

We work with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) across the world supporting them with fundraising, communications and strategic planning. NGOs that have been supported include those working with trafficked women, HIV/AIDS, child labor, education, vocational training, health and housing. We can also help you establish your organization in the UK, including the recruitment of passionate and committed Trustees and guiding you through the application process with the UK Charity Commission.
We are currently working in the Balkans, India, China and Russia.

We have established an office in Warsaw where we are better placed to develop relationships with Eastern European NGOs and donors. We also have a country representative in Sarajevo. Alen Mesic our Country Manager has excellent contacts with major companies, government, development agencies, UN agencies and European Foundations that focus on the Balkans. Before we begin working with NGOs we usually require the following information:

a copy of the NGO statutes/By Laws
a copy of the instrument of legal recognition
a recent two-year report of activities
a brief report of the projects your NGO would like to implement
previous fundraising activity
your business plan or strategic plan
