With 10 years experience supporting charities and NGOs we are in a strong position to help trustees of foundations identify appropriate, innovative and cost effective projects to support. We have a flexible team that can travel to most countries, but our core knowledge is India, Sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe, the Balkans and China.
Detailed audits and rigorous due diligence are carried out on charities, including interviews with project staff and recipients of the charity's work. This last point is key. We spend a significant amount of time talking"off-project" with recipients, their families and communities. Measuring success is not an exact science, whatever tools a charity uses, that is why we put so much emphasis and spend a great deal of time with the people the charity supports. Our aim is to ensure your money makes a lasting and tangible impact to people's lives.
We always encourage donors that give significant funds to work in partnership with the organizations they are supporting and to work on a strategy with them to ensure the best outcomes can be achieved. We can help with developing partnership strategies with clear and manageable targets.
