The process normally includes:

• Meeting with the relevant department and HR staff and to fully understand your organisation's ethos, aims and objectives, and to really get to grips with how you see your ideal candidate. We may also have some suggestions that can help with this process.
  
• Carry out a search & selection process and if required advertise in appropriate media
  
• Carry out first round interviews
  
• Second round interviews to be carried out by you or with Abbey Solutions HR specialists.
